PosiTeam was founded in 2010 to empower managers so that they may dare, and develop results-oriented leadership skills. We do so by giving them tools to strengthen and ease their interactions and management.
Empowering individuals and adapting a common managerial language within an organization allow the organization to operate more effectively, achieve its goals, and encourage growth and innovation.
PosiTeam co-founders Tammy Avigdor & Avital Brown, have experience of decades managing, coaching managers, and leading projects in the hi-tech industry in Israel and North America. Their experience spans across startups and corporates, working both face-to-face and remotely.
PosiTeam developed tools and models to help individuals and groups manage their teams, meet deadlines, work effectively with upper management and colleagues, and build winning teams. PosiTeam offers tailored programs, of various magnitudes, for teams and individuals at all managerial levels.
PosiTeam values partnerships. We look for opportunities to collaborate with other organizations to utilize each other’s strengths and deliver programs with greater impact.
While PosiTeam operates in the business arena, it aims at a greater goal. As we believe that women empowerment, minority integration, and cross-border people and business collaboration are key to a successful and sustainable society, PosiTeam develops and runs Capacity Building and Conflict Management and Mitigation programs.
