The SharakeHTech program, funded by the European Union, follows the successful Tamkeen.net program, sponsored by Cisco. The program aims at strengthening the Palestinian innovative economy and its ICT sector in particular. The program is designed to boost companies’ growth and provide tools needed to expand, scale up and become competitive in the local and global market. Furthermore, it focuses on opening business opportunities between Palestinian, Israeli and global ICT companies operating in Israel.
The program exposes companies to international best practices of business and marketing, leadership and management, HR, project management, software development processes, communication and presentation skills, outsourcing, and more.
The program focuses on CEOs and Managers, assisting them in applying the new knowledge to promote the company as a whole. Practical, hands-on training is provided by top experts in their fields with proven experience in the high-tech industry. The program includes workshops, training sessions, group follow-up sessions and one-on-one consulting sessions. The program enables meaningful business opportunities, addressing both the requirements and capabilities of companies operating in Israel and Palestine.
The SharakeHTech program is implemented by IPCC (Israeli Palestinian Chamber of Commerce) and the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation in cooperation with PosiTeam Consulting & Training and My Pink Electronics.
